Xbox 360 Wireless Headset
I was surprised when I bought the
Xbox 360, because the new wired headsets turned out to be of worse quality than the old plastic headset from the old Xbox. These were uncomfortable, the sound quality was poor – with a top volume setting which was still quieter than the old ones – and they broke really easily. What a disappointment!
Microsoft wireless Xbox 360 headset
So after breaking a few pairs, I began looking around for a replacement. And I found this Microsoft wireless Xbox 360 headset. Admittedly, it was expensive than I wanted to spend but when I balanced the price against all the negatives of getting another cheap headset, I figured it would be better to buy once, and buy quality. Rather tan buy cheap and buy again, and again.

Every Xbox Live user has a Gamerscore which corresponds to the number of Achievement points they’ve accumulated. Achievement points are awarded on completion of the different challenges in an Xbox game, such as finishing a level or winning matches against other Xbox Live players.

The Xecuter 3, designed by Team Xecuter, is a fourth generation mod chip for the Microsoft Xbox 360 game console. There are two versions of the chip, the original Xecuter 3, and the Xecuter 3 CE – but they have identical functions, the only difference being in the PCB design. The Xecuter3 Xbox 360 mod chip is very rich in features, containing 2 megabytes of flash memory – and when it’s used with the X3 BIOS it allows the user to set up a modded Xbox extremely easily, and install a larger hard drive.

There are always two kinds of accessories for any gaming console: which are the accessories you really need to get so you can any real happiness out of your Xbox 3609 system – and these are extras that are just for fun. Microsoft , With their usual marketing savvy (not), launched the Xbox 360 with everything you may need to use the system – then over the last year or so they have drip-fed pure toys onto the market.

If you’ve read my reviews of the four different (but very similar) Xbox 360 Repair Guide packages, then you will know that my decision on which was best comes down to price as much as anything else.
For those of you who know where to look there are plenty of videos and forums online which will give you the bones of what to do to fix your Xbox 360 yourself. But for those of you who don’t knwo where to look – or have looked and still want something a bit clearer, then these guides are for you.

Here is a chart showing just how similar these packages are. I have gone over them all carefully and they all offer almost the exact same thing. The only differences are small. One is in the time period they claim you can repair in – although this really depends on the individual, so I don’t see this as a great differentiator. Another difference lies in bonuses – only one package, The Xbox Repair Kit, offers a bonus Firmware Hacking Guide which will show you how to play backups and third party software on your Xbox 360 with needing a mod-chip and without affecting Xbox Live statuis. But I figure we’re only interested in a specific repair, here, so unrelated bonuses aren’t relevant.

Are you looking for a guide to help you fix your XBox 360? Be Careful – Many of the sites out there are selling XBOX 360 Repair Guides that are of very low quality. Often thrown together from pre-existing online guides – which doesn’t help you when step 2 doesn’t seem to follow step 1 and you’ve already got yoru box open and voided the warranty. And some of them actually sell information that could damage your XBox 360.
